Product example · all entries are fictional
Two recorded weeks. One clear comparison.
Imagine wanting to remember how your sleep felt after stopping the pill. Here is what a small record can show—and what it cannot.
This is a simplified illustration of the app's comparison, not a real person's experience or an expected timeline. Day 0 is the fictional stop date.
Sleep quality · Day +1 to Day +14
Sleep differed between these weeks
Earlier · Day +1 to +7
Restless3 entries on 3 of 7 daysLater · Day +8 to +14
Restful4 entries on 4 of 7 daysA filled dot is a recorded day; an outline is a day with no entry. Each label is the value recorded in every entry in that fictional week.
The entries behind the comparison
Only seven days were recorded. The app does not fill the other seven days with an estimated value.
| Day | Recorded value | Window |
|---|---|---|
| +1 | Restless | Earlier week |
| +3 | Restless | Earlier week |
| +5 | Restless | Earlier week |
| +8 | Restful | Later week |
| +10 | Restful | Later week |
| +12 | Restful | Later week |
| +14 | Restful | Later week |
What this helps you remember
The later entries use a different sleep label from the earlier entries. You can see the two windows, their recorded-day counts, and exactly which observations support that statement.
That saves the work of rereading a diary and manually sorting entries into weeks. In the app, you can open a source entry to inspect or correct it.
What the record does not say
It does not establish why sleep differed, what happened on unrecorded days, whether a change has medical significance, or what will happen next. A different person's record may look entirely different.
From a comparison to a conversation
Choose the dates and details to include in a PDF. Basic source-record exports remain free. With three weekly recaps and access to new synthesis, the app can also build a growing summary report. Review the PDF before sharing it.
Your first recap is free. A second-window comparison can be available during the 14-day preview as enough entries accumulate; continued new synthesis is optional monthly access. The full three-recap summary generally arrives after the preview.
